I was let down that I wasn’t told about the heater messing up before coming. Other than that, the staff was very cordial and friendly.

I asked for more pictures before driving 2 hours, they said he would send them in the morning, no pics were ever sent the next morning. Waited 3 days and asked where the pics were and recieved no response from that email. Definitely won’t ever deal there.

5 star responses. If you're comfortable with online searches cargurus can lead you to a great deal. Sales associate was great. We were searching online and looked at many cars. I recommend them.We live on the other side of the state and needed a dealer a little closer.

Very nice customer was great

Was very interested in a 2023 ram 1500 truck. I’ve had a little credit issues in the past. I had someone that was gonna co-sign for me. Went back to the car guru to the page and boom. They raised the price 2000.00 on me while trying to purchase the truck. This was while myself and the salesman were in talks. Not good at all. Salesman said he talked with management and they would honor the truck at the cheaper price. I said no thank you, now they have taken my negotiating power away. They would say they already dropped it 2000.00. Pretty shameful.

Cannot be happier. Started the deal on Saturday and purchased on Monday morning. Swope, specifically Josh the salesman, was fantastic. Very attentive to my situation where I came into town long enough to buy the vehicle and had to drive 5hrs back to my job away from home. They didnt detail the vehicle but that is my fault since I didnt give them time to get it done (I had to be at work that evening.). The experience was overall very good.i would highly recommend going to see them for your used car needs.
