Welll my daughter called and made a appointment for Saturday 6'28 25 at 1;00 in the afternoon. She drove 2 hours to get their on time. When she got their they made her wait until 1:45 to talk to her. When she asked to see and drive the car they told her it was sold on Friday at 3:30. She made the appointment on Friday at 2:30. They didn't even bother to call and tell her.
