Everything was going just fine until they quoted us a price for a car and I let them know that I would get back to them back regarding the newer car they quoted us. When I let them know I’d take the newer car at the price the manager quoted, they called to let me know they would not sell me the car at that price. 2026, 8K miles for $37K. The biggest surprise is that the salesman never called back to apologize or to see if there’s anything they could do for me with another car that may work better for us. quite unprofessional. Wish them the best but no 5-star rating.

The vehicle was not well prepped with a loarge chip in the wind shield and the brakes not working well. The dealership seemed aware but had not addressed the issues.
