Troy was amazing to deal with! He provided numerous photos and a walk around video of the used van I was buying since I couldn’t make it to view it in person. He even pointed out the small dings in the vehicle. Very honest guy to work with. I bought it and they shipped it to my house 8 hours away within a few days.

Got the truck, less than 100 miles after I bought the truck the front driver side tire fell off while going down the road. All five of the lug nuts had backed out. After getting it home myself and taking it to a shop to get a quote they didn’t like the price of the necessary repairs that needed to be made to make the truck safe to drive. But said that their shop was far to busy to get around to fixing it any time soon, so they cut me a check for less than half of the cost of repairs and said “We think that you can find a place to get it done cheaper.” Mind you I travel for work, only coming home a few days a month. This whole situation has been a nightmare. 0 out of 10 for not backing the product they sell on a problem that could have been avoided by having a competent mechanic.

There is no way that chevy Colorado with almost 150k miles on it is worth 17500.00 hell the kelly blue book is 10-13k.
