Dealerships near me (New Bedford, MA)

I do not recommend purchasing a used car from Colonial. They add a $2000 service charge to the advertised price of their used vehicles and claim advertised price requires you finance through dealership. I had an issue less than one week after purchasing. The skid plate fell off the bottom of the vehicle while I was driving on the highway so I notified the dealership for repairs. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. A few days later they told me the vehicle was ready for pickup.. they did not repair anything and accused me of hitting something with the vehicle and essentially called me a liar on their sales floor and told me they would repair it for $300. I plan to do the repairs on my own and will never do business there again.

Extremely pleasant - kept me updated the entire time and provided a very personable experience you usually don't get at car dealerships. The car was in pristine condition during the test drive. Freddy was honest, polite, and went out of way to make sure my needs were met in a timely manner. I would highly recommend purchasing a car through FM Auto Sales to any individual looking not only a car but a great experience car shopping!
