I arrived for an appointment to look at the car. The salesman handed me the key and told where the car was on the lot. He stayed inside the office and never came out to check on me to see what I thought about the car. I walked away from the car because I noticed antifreeze present when I checked the oil, possible head gasket issue.

As someone who spent 15+ years in the automotive industry, in both new and used vehicle sales and service, I'm happy to say the industry has evolved in a good way, and Checkered Flag is serving as a great example of it. In short, the internet has greatly empowered the consumer and CF has changed with the times. The sales process was very straightforward, and their pricing was fair for the vehicle I purchased. I should also say that I was very thorough in my research and had been in the market for a newer vehicle for over a year, so I took my time. I dealt with Elijah and Marques and was out of the dealership in about a hour. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. So far I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the experience, and would be comfortable in recommending them to friends and family.
