Amazing experience at Capital City Auto. The sales staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I didn't end up buying the GTI but I did end up getting a TDI VW Passat that is amazing! They were also able to beat my rate with ICCU! somehow they can portal over to the bank and beat the in branch rate by over a point! This is the third car my family has bought and we will be back when our son is ready to drive. Thanks again

Horrible sales team. Will never buy a car here. Rude, caucky, arrogant, constantly talking about how they are making commission off you. The sales team told me a number on the way out I told them I would think on at. As it was later in the evening with my kids. The next day I was texting Shawn, he said they can't offer that price and would get in trouble for selling me the truck at that price that was offered to me the night before. Not even 18hrs had gone by. This is not the first time I have worked with these people and the same thing happens all the time. Talking down on other colleagues saying how horrible a job the previous sales person did. At the end of the day ethics are of greater value to me than a truck. Very disapointed that business out there are run this way.
