My experience with the Car Guru app was exceptionally seamless. As soon as I inquired about the vehicle, Prestige Ford promptly contacted me. The attention and care provided during the sales process were impeccable, and they ensured that I had all the necessary information before embarking on the 400-mile journey to the car lot.

Good responses timely and with info I requested about the car. Car sold before I could go to the dealer. Will keep checking with them as part of my search.

Follow up comment based on our experience. Prior to arriving at dealership "Lou" who we thought we were going to deal w/ quickly handed us to Nate who was the typical car salesman who insisted on us saying our bottom number & signing our name on the paper "to close the deal today so we could drive it home today" after this high pressure technique, Nate leaves & "the money man arrives who actually makes the decisions.He was worthless, cold, not friendly,& says we can't accept that cash offer Nate wrote down & we signed with no other offer given. So we left.Very disappointing. Why ask a potential buyer to name their price then totally disregard it and not try to negotiate.The car was on lot for 4 months, you would think they would've wanted to sell it. After walking out,Nate texted next day but no effort to negotiate despite us saying we were still interested .Jenkins wasn't willing to discuss other offers so at this point we won't be returning or recommending.

I only got computer generated email once showing interest. I emailed asked specific questions and did not receive responses other than a computer trying to talk to me

Contacted once. Radio silence after that.
