I bought this car from out of state, Luis immediately sent me detailed videos of the car, to make sure there were no problems, once I was happy with the car, he was promptly able to link me with the finance manager Josh who was able to easily get paperwork done through a quick online process, there was no high pressure warranty sales, or anything like that. Once the purchase was complete, they asked for a small down payment to hold the car. I flew in from three states away, they were able to hold the car for me for a week. When I landed, Luis even came and picked me up from the airport, I was only at the dealer for maybe another half hour to an hour while we finalized everything and got temporary plates made.
