I contacted this dealer regarding a RAV-4 with 200k miles. The car was advertised at $8498. I asked that they send a buyer's order with their best price so I could go to my lender. They sent back paperwork with over $3300 in dealer fees, then acted surprised that I wasn't interested. This dealer plays games with their advertised prices so that they can get eyeballs on their cars, but it's all a lie.

When I scheduled an appointment to visit and test drive, the salesman I dealt with (Jae), was great, but the price quoted was about $1500.00 more than was listed on CarGurus. I pointed that fact out, Jae checked & got it corrected. We chatted, haggled, and came to the cash price that I was willing to pay with my trade-in and I was satisfied with our negation. I left a deposit, came back 2 days later to purchase this vehicle. I spent 3+ hours filling out more paperwork, which I thought was a bit much for a cash transaction.
