After making the apt to view this vehicle I tried to call the at the number on car gurus, and I nobody answered or returned my call to reschedule.

Even though this car was not available, John the salesman went over and beyond trying to find me something that fit what I was looking for. He sent me several other cars on their lot and contacted me as soon as they got a trade in that was similar to what I wanted. Ultimately he ended up selling me a Pacifica! So props to him for staying with it and listening to what I wanted.
