I called to enquire about a suburban. It was available so I drove an hour to get there. When I arrived Scott started talking about it being an as is bargain buy and it was under 10k and you couldn’t get much of a vehicle for that price. At that point I opened the door and he said by the way the AC doesn’t work. Not disclosed on car guru’s description or in a phone call. No offer to fix it or discount the price, no apology for the long drive, just a pay us or leave attitude. Vehicle wasn’t clean, no AC, and the tires were bald(also not in the description or disclosed on the phone). A thoroughly experience!!! I ended up buying a vehicle that was a year newer with 30k less miles for only $700 more.
