Dealerships near me (Monroe, CT)

This was a poor experience. I reached out through this site to see if the car was still available. I also emailed the dealership directly. Since I did not get a response, I went to their address in Bridgeport as their website says that they moved. I ended up in the middle of nowhere where there was absolutely no cars. I didn’t get any communication regarding if the car was available until after it’s sold.

The dealership is not local to me so I haven't yet been to their location. They were very helpful by phone but I'm still considering which vehicle to purchase.

Per my daughter - they do everything they say they are going to do. As with any car purchase, you need to do your own due diligence that your car is up to your own standards. I appreciate that if you have questions, they are answered and delivery & closing sale is very straightforward. I am happy with my purchase and I would from them again.

Staff was attentive and communicated well

They answered quickly the vehicle was gone I appreciated that

The dealership is far away from me so I asked for interior pictures which someone replied back that they would send to me. After two requests I never received them so I didn’t go see the vehicle.
