I had a positive experience when purchasing my 1993 Ford Mustang GT. I was out of state and everything from the shipping, title transfer, and payment went smoothly. Also, great communication from Sam and Ed. I am very happy with my car and the customer service I received.

The staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. I drove 4 and half hours to the dealership and every minute of it was worth it. I would definitely go back if I get another chance to find a car at their dealership.

I had a very pleasant experience at frankfort auto haus. The guys were very friendly and informative. Will definitely be shopping with them more in the future.

Car was not ready. It was buried behind 2 rows. Car was not as it looked in pics online. Body was scratched up. Hood release handle was missing. Car was dirty. Stood inside getting passed by staff members. No one asked to help us. It was a horrible experience

Vehicle needed maintenance, but sells rep nice.
