Best experience ever with a dealership and the sales person Antwon. 2 hrs total. No B.S. excellent trade in. Managed to keep my payments where I needed them. I was dreading dealing with the dealership and spending all day like it normally takes. I highly recommend Antwon and Mark Mazda.

I was very interested in the Tesla that I had inquired about. I called ahead to make sure it was available and that it could be made ready for a test drive when I got there. The gentleman I spoke with was kind and very communicative and quickly followed up with a text with an appointment. I drove 45 minutes across town and when I got there, I found a car that was covered in scratches and dings that were not represented in the images on CarGurus. The worst part was that based off of the gaps between the plastic and metal panels on the body. It was obvious it had been an accident. I asked the sales guy and he immediately said “to be completely transparent. It was in an accident.” The ad on CarGurus showed that it had zero accidents and that it was a “Great Deal”. With gas prices what they are these days I was incredibly disappointed and drove away very frustrated. What a waste of my time and $. I would never go back to the dealership. It’s obvious they’ll lie to get people in the door.

The may advertise a lower price but they get you at the end when they add an unpredictable refurbishing amount.
