We had a test drive scheduled and showed up about 5 minutes late but i responded to the original text letting them know we were running late. We arrived and it felt like no one knew about the scheduled test drive. We were at the dealership for about 20 minutes before they brought vehicle around and told us that we couldn't test drive it due to it being worked on. They had no other similar cars for us to test drive. We left feeling like it was a waste of our time. We didnt get a good vibe when we walked in either and will not go back there in the future.
