Drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle here. I specifically asked the agent through text what additional fees they have and she mentioned “usual tax, tag, Title and doc fee When I got there, they added $3,500 additionally to the prices as an “accessory fee” Even after showing them the text message, they still refused to honor what they said in writing. What’s the point of lying to get a customer into the dealership?
