Showed up and the sales person immediately asked what car I was there to see when I told her she tried to tell me that I was there to see a different car and when I said no I was there for the Nissan she asked me if I was sure I said yes and she said she would bring it around after 20min she came back with the car and told us that there was no ac, said that she will be back came back after another 10 minutes with a bunch of other keys typed some info into her computer said she would be right back next thing i know the branch manager is speaking with us he never once tried speaking with me even though I was the one there to buy a car he only spoke with my boyfriend anytime I tried to speak he would direct the attention back to him he then proceeded to go to his office to run “credit applications” we were there for over an hour and a half never once got to even look at the car. I work at a credit union I know it doesn’t take that long to apply them.

Listening said “Dealer Fees Included” but not the case. 6K in added fees some of which did not apply in my state. Would not provide copy of title which my lender requires for out of state purchase. Would not honor listing price. Contact person was good.

Great customer service helpful service

Spent several days communicating with a sales man Cassio Cardoci. Provided al my information, was pre approved by woodside credit but went ahead and got pre approved by Jacob Mitsubishi as well to avoid delays. Advised I was coming up the day before, a week prior I was told the car was checked, fully serviced, all services current and my concern with the brakes not valid, that the car was great. It wasn’t. The whole roof was being sanded when I showed up. The front end was chipped all over, the carbon mirrors as well. Clearly the car was rode hard and put away wet. Even the wheels had brake dust well aged on. The rotors are Heat marked, clearly been used to their potential. This car had not even seen a wash. I was lied too about everything. Drove almost 5 hours and took a spare driver as intended to buy. Will never recommend Jacobs. A disservice to car enthusiasts for sure. Grimy experience
