They was very nice just I was not ready

I purchased this vehicle from another state site unseen. I communicated with the selling dealer multiple times and I was told the vehicle was in impeccable condition. I was given multiple prices but in the end I wanted the vehicle because the way was described sounded exactly what I was looking for. When I received the vehicle the tires that I was told renew are 10 years old, the driver seat does not recline back, I did not receive the dealers multipoint checklist after multiple times asking for it. The vehicle also was missing the lug nut lock key, so explain to me how a dealership inspects a vehicle without removing the rims. There is also a leaky water pump. I left a review on another website and was told to call the sales manager to try to make things right, Fat Chance I'm sure I'm stuck in the Wind. So my advice to you is stay clear of this dealer I was honest but they were not I did my part they did not.

Prompt and courteous communication prior to viewing car. The parking lot was small and cramped making it difficult to park. I looked at the 2018 Ford Escape It appeared to be in good condition and very clean, which was very deceiving. Upon careful inspection I found a few very important issues that I believe they were aware of but were hoping to go unnoticed. Electrical issues with side mirrors, which they would fix, but it wasn't until I looked over the outside did I notice a small crack in the windshield, and the paint on both sides of the windshield chipping. Had to look carefully to find these issues. The paint chipping is a common, very expensive, and well documented problem with Ford vehicles especially the Escape. I pointed out these problems and told them I would not purchase the vehicle because of it, and they never responded leaving me to believe they were well aware of it and had no intention to do anything about it besides wait for the next unsuspecting customer.

I was contacted immediately and received several phone calls. After providing all of my information I was told I’d receive a call back/ text and never heard anything. The car has since sold I believe. Missed out on a good deal.
