I showed up to look at a 2017 Jeep trail hawk and while I was test driving it, the sales rep sold the car to another customer. Shows a precedent for unprofessional and unorganized management/sales. I reached out via CarGuru about a 2016 Crosstrek and no one got ahold of me. I can’t reserve cars to look at ahead of time, and can’t even reserve a car WHILE I’m inside it. Not good service and no real help was made to counter this bad service.

They handled the financing process and gave me more than a fair deal on my (heavily) used trade-in. In a region in Vermont where purchasing options are limited and dealerships operate like uncomfortable, shady cesspools, Alliance stands out as a family-run business that I am proud to have purchased a car from.
