Second time dealing with Muncy. First experience, salesman lied about availability. Drove 80 miles round trip. Second experience, sales manager said he'd call me back, twice, and didn't. Two lost sales and not going to waste my time in the future. Alexander Chevy Muncy seems to have issues. I have had great experiences with the other dealerships in Blaise's fleet.

I live in Salisbury Md and found the jeep gladiator that I'd been searching for at Zimmerma's in PA. It had the Snazzberry Pearl Coat color I love, tow package, and low mileage. Tyler and Kyanna got me the price I wanted. And James made the paperwork so easy to get done before we arrived after a 5 hour trip to sign a final document and take her home with us. We had the jeep Maryland inspected and the only things they failed were the front window tint was too dark, headlights/fog lights were LED bulbs instead of factory halogen bulbs, side mirrors had smaller circle mirrors attached, and it needed mud flaps because of height. (Nitpicking stupid stuff) If you know anything about Maryland, then you know, it's ridiculously challenging to get a vehicle through inspection. Made the few fixes and it passed with flying snazzberry colors. Lol. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Zimmerman's. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and made buying our first jeep a great experience.

I was in contact with the dealership up till 10 miles away told me still holding the car an it’s available get there 10 min later an another customer was approved for financing on this vehicle. So my having cash ment nothing, except they can show me another car. I would never buy a car from them now or ever.
