Was not willing to negotiate the price. We tried to negotiate with them for more on our trade and they gave us a total low-ball offer for the trade-in. Will not use them.

Communicative & transparent. Let me test drive and inspection no problem. Payed premium but worth it for quality of car and looked the same in person as in pictures. Professional to deal with and got good customer service. He was pretty firm on price but we worked out a couple services to compensate. Definitely recommend shopping with golden motors.
