This is the midpoint between buying directly from an individual owner and a dealer (you bring in your own financing, but they have a dealer-like knowledge and can help you get the information you need). Very low pressure, puts the starting price at a reasonable level and I was really happy about the experience.

Dealership ran my credit without asking me or telling me. I found out through text alerts from Experian saying that new credit inquiries were requested. Then after confronting the salesman, they said it was a “misunderstanding”. After an hour of waiting, no one called me back to tell me the results of the inquiries I did not request. I called the dealership and they said the salesman was too busy with other customers to call me back. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Would rate 0 if possible.
