I called the dealership and spoke with one of the owners he had a personality like a door knob ! He didn’t seem interested in selling me a vehicle

No response to texts. Called and was told they would get back to me when they got into the office. Never heard back.

Good to work with and totally transparent.

Left email and call dealership to see if truck was still there. Was put on hold wait for a salesman the line was drop.

Contacted them online. They did respond, but showed no flexibility or willingness to try to make a deal. One phone call and no follow up.

Salesman Bill at MidState Autos was super helpful and met every one of my needs. Bill is a great guy! He was transparent and easy to work with throughout the purchase process. Buying from MidState Autos was by far the best experience that I have encountered in customer service! The service was so superb that I spent an additional hour of my time getting to know Bill. I would definitely buy from this dealership again and I recommend paying MidState Autos a visit!
