I had a very positive and pleasant buying experience at Nerger’s. Ernie, the salesman was great. He made the entire experience smooth and painless. Ernie is straightforward, honest, and no nonsense. Nerger’s is definitely a good place to go for anyone looking for a solid used car from a trustworthy source.

We were in active communication about a 2022 Toyota Sienna for several days. Getting basic questions answered required multiple emails and phone calls across different staff members with no coordination between them. They verbally committed to sourcing and installing the missing factory second-row center seat at no cost, which was promising. However the car sold without any notification to us — we found out by seeing it marked sold on CarGurus. For a purchase this significant, a simple courtesy heads up would have gone a long way. The experience was more frustrating than it needed to be.

The staff was great----the car was beat up-----I made an offer but they would not accept it-----the sales man was very nice-----the manager was a stiff!

The staff were wonderful everyone there was helpful and very friendly. The communication was very good from start to finish.
