Another salesperson contacted me, pushing incentives yet refusing to send an application, insisting I visit in person—despite the car being three hours away. Meanwhile, the vehicle still sits on their lot. The lack of honesty and integrity in these sales tactics is frustrating. Customers deserve transparency, not deception.

My salesperson, AJ, was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous at all times - a true professional. Michael Coehlo in Finance also went above and beyond to get the purchase price down to where I was totally comfortable and confident that I could not have done better on this truck anywhere else - and all with a healthy dose of charm and a rather paternal grace. I only got computer generated email once showing interest. I emailed asked specific questions and did not receive responses other than a computer trying to talk to me
