Talked to a Salesman who was very knowledgeable about cars. I have a 59 yr old car to sell before i can purchase the 2018 Cadillac. Liked the Salesman and Dealership and would do buisness there in the future

We never received a call back from them so my husband called. The salesman that he spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. My husband asked about cash price for a terrain that had been on the lot for over 100 days. The salesman laughed and called my husband “stupid” before informing my husband that the price was lowered because an employee had been using the vehicle as their personal daily driver causing the mileage on the listing the be in accurate as well. We were choosing between two different dealerships to purchase a terrain and ended up going with the other dealership because of how rude and unprofessional the salesman was when we spoke to him on the phone. Honestly, lucky he spoke with my husband because I would have come in to speak to management about the interaction that day had it been me that he was speaking to. We will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
