I have purchased over 75 vehicles in my 65 years of life, and I can honestly say that your dealership was in fact the most responsive and non pressure car company I have ever dealt with in my life, My Salesman Tom Berra was FABULOUS & FRIENDLY and man was that guy on top of his game. When I buy a car from your Dealership again, Tom Berra will always be my go to guy, Man don't get me started on financing, those dudes were on it and never promised anything they couldn't deliver, due to work complications and my illiteracy in computers and transferring money online I myself missed out on a great deal. I'm not sure whos in charger of this outfit but as a previous Special Operations Officer in the U.S. ARMY I can tell you that your leadership skills are second to none and as we say in the Special Forces "Mission First, People Always", Brother you keep up the great work and your troops will follow you every where to include the heat of Battle. We never received a call back from them so my husband called. The salesman that he spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. My husband asked about cash price for a terrain that had been on the lot for over 100 days. The salesman laughed and called my husband “stupid” before informing my husband that the price was lowered because an employee had been using the vehicle as their personal daily driver causing the mileage on the listing the be in accurate as well. We were choosing between two different dealerships to purchase a terrain and ended up going with the other dealership because of how rude and unprofessional the salesman was when we spoke to him on the phone. Honestly, lucky he spoke with my husband because I would have come in to speak to management about the interaction that day had it been me that he was speaking to. We will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
