Car was just as advertised, purchased the car

Everyone at the dealer was courteous and professional. Even though we purchased a non-Lexus they were very helpful and I would definitely consider them for any future car purchases.

I was so ready to buy their Cadillac but they tried to play me for a clown. Here's all the BS I went through... 1. The price listed for the car was fake. The car price was actually $3,000 more than what it was listed for. 2. They don't communicate with each other. I talked to at least 6 different people and nobody knew who said what to who. It was like every conversation was like the 1st conversation. 3. The car had an hole in the bumper, and the engine light was on. I told them to fix the engine light and I'll buy it. Then they tried to bully me by telling me that other clowns were interested in the car and they'll buy it as is. I told them to sell it to the others then because I'm not buying any car with the engine light on! I moved on and brought a better Cadillac with more options for $6,000 less than what they were going to charge me. Ha! They still have their Cadillac listed for sale. I guess none of the others brought it with the engine light on either. They're so goofy.

Good over all experience. Finished the transaction in one trip and drove new vehicle home that day.

We could not work out a deal but very responsive and did not blast me with automated emails.

Took 5 days to get an answer and they still didn’t have all the paperwork they needed to do the deal so we canceled. 0/10 don’t waste your time or energy they don’t care.

They show the good parts of the car online but in person the car was a total WRECK. The glove compartment box was missing. The light sensor in the dashboard was sticking up through the dashboard. The driver seat would not move back and forth. The car had a huge dent in the hood. The cluster wouldn't light up. The tires were HORRIFIC. The carpet was filthy. I asked the salesman ADRIAN did the car have any issues and he told me the car was in excellent condition which was a LIE. I drove 3 hours to see a piece of junk. I wouldn't advise ANYBODY to do business with this company whatsoever. PLEASE do not even contact this company if you're in the market for a automobile. Adrian is a big LIAR.

I did not purchase the vehicle as added dealer charges increased the price above what I was comfortable paying.
