The biggest issue was that the vehicle had a check engine light on at the time it was being shown and discussed for sale. That alone should have immediately raised concern and transparency from your team. As a buyer prepared to spend over $93,000 cash offer for the listing price, I expected full disclosure, reassurance, and a serious effort to address the problem. Instead, when I expressed valid concerns about the vehicle’s condition and the long-term risk of buying a luxury car.

I had an appointment and when I got there, they let other people who walked in off the street drive the car before me. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get there. Appointments should come first. Poor costumer service.

As we could not come to a mutually agreeable price we opted not to purchase the Mercedes. That said however the representative we met with was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the car and the test drive was helpful in bringing us to make an offer on the car, unfortunately we could not meet on price and ultimately purchased another automobile that same day at another location.
