Instead of being met with honesty, professionalism, and customer care, I left feeling frustrated, misled, and completely dissatisfied. The biggest issue was that the vehicle had a check engine light on at the time it was being shown and discussed for sale. That alone should have immediately raised concern and transparency from your team. As a buyer prepared to spend over $93,000 cash offer for the listing price, I expected full disclosure, reassurance, and a serious effort to address the problem. Instead, when I expressed valid concerns about the vehicle’s condition and the long-term risk of buying a luxury car.

I had an appointment and when I got there, they let other people who walked in off the street drive the car before me. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get there. Appointments should come first. Poor costumer service.
