Jennifer helped from start to finish. Everyone at at the dealership was courteous to me. The 2 hour drive was well worth it.

Good Communication

Excellent overall experience. Communication was on point. I just felt a little rushed when it was time to make a decision if I wanted to accept the rates and terms of the finance deal. I think they had someone else that also wanted to buy the car so I got the hurry up and make a decision. Despite that John was nice to me and I believe the sales manager reached out to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely buy from this dealer in the future.

I had an appointment and when I got there, they let other people who walked in off the street drive the car before me. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get there. Appointments should come first. Poor costumer service.

As we could not come to a mutually agreeable price we opted not to purchase the Mercedes. That said however the representative we met with was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the car and the test drive was helpful in bringing us to make an offer on the car, unfortunately we could not meet on price and ultimately purchased another automobile that same day at another location.
