Although the car I was interested in had sold, the dealership has remained in contact. They made me aware of a newer GLC AMG 43 on the lot, however, the car did not meet my criteria. Still hoping we can find what we are looking for at Greenwich Mercedes.

The car was listed on their own website, Cargurus, and Truecar websites. I assumed it was therefore still available. The off site assistant said it was available and invited me for an in-person look. Turns out that it had been sold and the off site sales assistant was not informed. They need an inventory update so that everyone has accurate info within the company, then check their external listing. The listing on CarGurus was taken down but the TRUECAR listing is still up. Multiple reach-out communication with the off site sales assistant to consider another car from their lot was done. All very courteous and pleasant. Simple oversight mistake - caught before I made the 2 hr drive down - no harm done.

Great salesman

I test drove the Honda Crosstour. I love it! Tom and staff were extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain a loan at that time because I need to clear an issue on my credit report. I initiated a payment plan with the cc company and this will be cleared up next month. They will report to credit bureau in July. Then I will reapply for the loan I am hoping the car will still be available at that time I will complete the sale. If it has been sold, then I will buy the same car from a place in New Haven but I'm hoping not to have to do all of that because I live in Danbury. Pray for me!!
