I called to see if the Chevy Traverse was still available and I was greeted very nicely over the phone by Yulitza. Right away she booked an appointment for 12:30pm to see the SUV. Once me and my husband arrived, Joseph walked out and welcomed us to the dealership. He had so much knowledge about the SUV that we purchased. Every question I had he answered, he was very patient with us when it came down to the purchase. Overall we are very satisfied with our new SUV, our experience with Joseph at AR Motors was superb. Highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I worked with Frank to buy my car and I have to say that he did a great job to hammer out my deal. He kept up a good line of text / email communication and offered me different alternatives when it came to the financing of my car. Frank worked with me to get the financing with the institution I wanted to go with even tho he knew of one with a possibly lower interest rate, which I would have used, but I wanted to go with one in particular and he helped me get that financing, which works better for me in the long run. Overall I give Western Motors Merced high marks. The couple of hours I spent there were worth it.

Found them to be dishonest. Refused to sell at advertised price +tax and license. They insisted on add on of alarm system and wax job.

My experience was great! Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful. They valued our time, wants, and needs.
