Joe the GM was amazing to work with and made the process quick and simple.

I’m a pretty reasonable person, but this place is a dump. They came in over $5k less than other dealerships for my trade, but assured me they would take a look at it and reassess if I brought it in. Santo confirmed a time to do that. So, I drove the hour down to them. Then, the car I was there to see was scheduled for maintenance, so I couldn’t drive it. Then, they never looked at my trade and offered the same low ball money. Santo never even introduced himself to me or offered any sort of explanation. Complete waste of time, Don’t bother with this place.

Unfortunately, they sold the car that I wanted to buy, but that’s the nature of the business. I waited too long. They still ship Pleasant staff good selection.

I have answered on first click. The dealer it’s very trust people and friendly. I just decided waiting little be more to change my car .

Awesome guys here. Sorry the car did not work out. I decided to go in another direction and spent a little more for a car 10 years newer. I will check with dealer again when looking for a car.

The condition was misrepresented. The car clearly had additonal collision damage that was repaired by a shoddy body shop or in someone's backyard. Tried to downplay the severity of it in person as well. The car probably needed at least $4-5k or work to get to the condition they advertised.
