Dealerships near me (Melbourne, FL)

This dealer was terrible. The truck looks great online and says it has a clean carfax and no accidents, we got to the dealership after driving TWO HOURS, the truck had been wrecked, scrapes, dings and scuffs all over, the tailgate didn’t line up, the running boards had been replaced, the hood didn’t line up and was a different color. When we asked to speak to the manager he said “oh we didn’t see all that” and then when my husband was angry the manager simply walked away from us. No “I’m sorry” no compensation for our drive or trouble. Just overall terrible experience. Brian, the sales rep, didn’t even introduce himself when we showed up either. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Pushy!!! I told them what I was looking for and that I would contact them. They kept hounding until I finally blocked their phone numbers

I asked about this car and actually made an offer that was accepted before I went to look at the vehicle. I made an appointment and drove over 1/2 hour and when we got there - BIG SURPRISE - problem with the engine, but here are some other vehicles we can show you. I was livid!! They could have called me to tell me there was an issue, but they didn’t. They had nothing close to what this vehicle was. It was a total waste of our time!! When I searched CarGurus for more vehicles, I scrolled over any cars from this dealership. I had enough with them!!

I did not purchase the vehicle as added dealer charges increased the price above what I was comfortable paying.
