Even though we did not reach a deal on this vehicle, SE Honda was very easy to deal with. Responsive, transparent and no pressure

Positives: The dealer was very responsive via email and calls. When I asked about when the car would be available for me to stop by and take a look at, they were very flexible and accommodating. I visited on a Saturday, mid-morning around 11, and they were not very busy, although the only employee there was finishing up with another customer. When he finished with the other customer, he was quick to bring the car out to the front and take it for a test drive. Negatives: The employee on-site the day that I visited did not seem to be interested in actually selling the car because he gave little information on the car and did not ask me really anything about what I was looking for.

They are deceptive. They have a $999 "dealer fee" which isn't included in the advertised price. If that is a mandatory fee then it should be included in the advertised price of the vehicle.

Was a smooth and easy transaction! Was a pleasure dealing with the staff
