Vehicle was just as described, took vehicle to pre purchase inspection, fair price, easy sales process.

The distance team has yet to call me back after 3 different attempts by me over approximately 10 days

After arriving for my scheduled test drive. The sales consultant asked me why I was there after being called several times to confirm my test drive first red flag! Then I learned that the vehicle had not been inspected so I could not test drive the vehicle way I would have liked to I would think with all those confirming phone calls someone could have said the vehicle hasn't been inspected. I waste my time and my fuel ,I do believe the vehicle had some front end issues that was the second red flag. I asked if I could test drive it once it's been inspected and I have not heard back from the dealership since then I checked back on the website and it appears that the vehicle has increased in the price! Unbelievable Experience!

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, even with it being very busy. I specifically appreciated the transparency and no nonsense approach of the salesman. Will definitely return in the future!

They answered my inquirer immediately, which I appreciated - a lot of the other dealerships did not. My only downside was there was no negotiation on pricing. That truck has sat on their yard for 2 1/2 years and is priced less then 15% off it's original MSRP. I made an offer that was ignored.

Went to the dealership at my scheduled appointment. Walked in and no one was available to greet me. I waited a few minutes and still no one. I didn't see the car on the premise. I had called earlier and was told to call again before I left to go to the dealership as the car was at the oil change place. I did but no one was available to answer the phone. So I went anyway.
