Experience was fine car was fine I don't know what an etch fee is and why it cost $150 to actually take my payment to run it through their machine was a little interesting and upsetting

I'm waiting to get some time off from work so I can go in talk with him I have a trade in a 2003 Ford explorer I just got to 150,000 miles and I want to trade it in let me see what I can get for the new car and optima they said they would take the trade in but they want to wait till I get some time off to come looking and what's going on

The vehicle in question was in the shop and the salesperson texted and told me after I requested their address, so I liked their honesty. I haven't bought a vehicle yet but when I do I'll check them out again.
