Dealerships near me (McAllen, TX)

Had to talk to 5 different people, none of them ever saved my information, they would call me over and over to ask the same stupid questions. Vehicle was sold and I had to call back to find out my self. They proceeded to continue to call me over and over even after the vehicile was sold and i told them repeatedly to take me off the call list. Absolutely incompetent

The staff are friendly and very helpful, I justs notes that the Carfax report didn't report all the repairs that were done like body work, open recalls listed 1, went to the local ford there are 4 open recalls!!!!!

I called from Florida to inquire about this truck, got an email response from a salesman named Santos Cabrera. Since I am not in Houston I had a few questions about this truck, mainly about the undercarriage condition. I was told the truck was from Illinois, then Indiana before arriving in Houston for this sale, so after thanking Santos for answering my questions I asked if I could see some pictures of the underside to gauge the condition since the truck lived most of it's life in an area prone to using salt on the roads. I was told by Santos he would personally take some pics and send them to me. Four days later I logged on to see if my pictures had arrived yet since I had not heard from Santos and discovered the truck had already been sold. Seems obvious to me this salesman was just jerking my chain and had no intention of providing me what I needed to make a purchase decision. Conduct points to character, so I would advise NOT to do business with this company.
