We did business doing trade-in for my vehicle and agree price for the Mazda at the door, and next day I was driving to the dealer to sign contracts and what a surprise sales más told me that the manager sold the car!! Poor way to do business.

The car was not detailed properly. Many scratches not taken care of. Brought car in for appointment to address damage. Nobody knew anything about the scheduled appointment and Theo was not there. He made the appointment with me. A day later I have heard nothing and don’t know what if anything has been done to my car. Phone calls going unanswered
