Throughout both the sales and finance process, information was unclear and inconsistent. I was told several charges would be taken care of as complimentary, including 48 months of free maintenance; however, those items were later charged. An extended warranty was also added that I did not agree to. Many of these charges originated in the finance department. I was not provided with complete or properly itemized paperwork from the finance manager, and when the charges were questioned, clear explanations were not provided. The salesperson stated he was unsure where the charges came from and referred responsibility to the finance manager. I initially came in for a specific vehicle that was no longer available and was instead sold a basic model priced nearly $10,000 higher. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to overpromising, lack of transparency, and inaccurate paperwork.

This is a bait and switch dealership. There were 2 cars listed with very low prices. Neither car was available as both were claimed to be loaner cars and not available for between 3-5 months to sell. No answer as to why they were listed to sell when they were not available to sell. But—they were more than willing to sell me a ‘comparable vehicle’ for only $9,000 more.
