Mazda dealerships near me (Levittown, PA)

Sales agent, finance manager were professional. Sales manager was rude and unprofessional when I presented him with a torn charging cable and he said it was a used car, so take it or we can reverse the sale. Only completed the sale by escalating the issue to the GM whom had a replacement charging cable delivered to my home.

Great experience at dealership! Came in to test drive, drove home in my new car that night! The financing process was smooth and easy and the staff were all so nice and welcoming! The waiting area is comfortable and filled with snacks

Very good customer service

The dealership has a very hard time disclosing the out of the door price. Keep insisting that you "visit the dealership". Why? Answer is easy. All prices advertised are pre "mark up". There are fee and documentation charges and that $30,000 listing becomes $33,000 and then add the sales tax and suddenly the price is $35,000+. If it is clearly disclosed upfront, a lot of people won't show up :)
