Ask for a proposal and sales agent never got back to me. They still text me asking if I'm interested. This dealership is clearly incompetent.

Buying from Southern Palms Mazda was super easy. They had the car I found in CarGurus, responded quickly, and the buying process was smooth and the quickest I’ve ever had at a dealership. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

My experience at this dealership was unfortunately disappointing. I truly intended to move forward with the purchase, and my opening offer was both realistic and serious. However, I encountered a complete lack of flexibility and openness to negotiate. Rather than engaging in a constructive discussion, the interaction felt dismissive and at times subtly condescending, with attempts to steer me toward a significantly lower-priced vehicle that did not align with what I was seeking. A professional sales environment should allow space for transparent communication, mutual respect, and fair negotiation. Unfortunately, that standard was not met, and as a result, we were unable to reach an agreement.

The car was not detailed properly. Many scratches not taken care of. Brought car in for appointment to address damage. Nobody knew anything about the scheduled appointment and Theo was not there. He made the appointment with me. A day later I have heard nothing and don’t know what if anything has been done to my car. Phone calls going unanswered
