Mazda dealerships near me (Danvers, MA)

Most poor purchasing experience, ever. Phone calls and messages do not get returned despite their promises they would. This organization is mediocre and there is a culture (which must come from management) of not caring about customers or potential customers. I would advise others to take their business elsewhere.

They made contact quickly then I got the blow off because she thought I was too far to go get or transport the truck to New Mexico, but the next day she did make contact again and tried to work with me. But I was already a little upset. I do love that truck!! (color & it being a Diesel engine, GMC Serria Denali, price isn't too far from my budget# too) I have picked up a truck in Nebraska, and had a car shipped from New York.
