(2019 Mini Countryman)Unable to drive down to a dealership, due to life, came across this dealer, and everything was done through text messages and few phone calls. From looking for a specific vehicle, to purchasing, financing, trading-in, delivery and finalizing vehicle purchase all done without me stepping foot at their dealership. Very helpful and excellent customer service. No hassle, no pressure to add any extras to the price of the vehicle. Vehicle price i paid for is whatever is posted. Thank you Anthony and Maddy. Hoping you have more people like them!

JJ was great and worked with my every step of the way, though I had to follow up a few times there was never added pressure. He was also transparent about the cars issue. However the manager at the last moment jacked about the price far beyond fair market value, I pity whoever actually buys the 2010 Hyundai accent. Because it’s going to need some work, and if you’re spending $9k on a used car chances are you won’t have money to fix those problems!

The owner let his friend borrow the car we were going to purchase and it had 400 miles on it. They offered a 100$ discount.

Was highly considering a purchase, however the vehicle did sell before I could schedule a time to see it. Still, everyone I talked to was great, and they called me personally to tell me that the car sold. I will lost definitely keep this dealership in mind for the future.

Car ended up being $6000+ over what they listed it as. Was just a scam to bring people in.
