They sold it right out from under me - this is so underhanded !!! I emailed Sunday night about a truck, got a call from their answering service in India at 8:15 Monday … said I’d get a call at 9. It Never happened. Then I called twice, finally got someone. Then I had to wait for a call back. Got that at 11. Gave my trade info, pics, vin, said I wanted the truck if we could work it out. Get told ok, will call you back. At 3.15, I get that call back … they had sold to someone that just walked In. I didn’t get asked for a deposit or I would have given one. I didn’t get a shot and was never in the hunt, just a guy on the phone that got the shaft. That’s how you make someone feel like they don’t matter at all. But your dealership got a sale. Congrats.

Dealer replied but wouldn't come down on this truck. It's was over price by 2,000. I would have this truck if they would've work with me

They responded to me very fast. Stayed in touch. And even though I found a different car closer to me to buy they congratulated me.
