We we arrived, we saw the vehicle, and walked directly to it. There were agents outside (some with customers) that walked past us but gave us no greeting. We looked at the vehicle for about 3-5 min from the outside. The vehicle was in worse physical condition than we could see online so we left.

A car was listed at $11,890 on their website. When we sat down after driving the car I was handed a sheet with the car listed at $11,890 + an MVP fee of $1495 (12.5% add on) and so the TTL was calculated from a total of $13,385. Seems like that MVP should have been listed in the asking price of the car on their website. The Total out-the-door cost they were asking for with a $450 doc fee was $15,327 on a car listed on the website at 11,890.

My experience fine the staff very helpful and accommodating however, when I had the car inspector, some significant issues came to light which resulted in my decision not to purchase the Subaru Forrester.
