The vehicle had at least one major issue! When asked to resolve they asked for a down payment before they even figured out what the issue was. Reached out several times about fixing the issue and possibly a down payment.... No response after 2 days of emails

The salesman Scott got in contact with me about a vehicle on a Tuesday, mentioning several similar other trucks. He sent pictures on it and it was perfect. I set up a time a time to look at it Friday, where he made me promise that I was gonna be there to see it because they were having it moved from Lansing. He texts me Friday before the appointment that someone else is looking at it and he'll "let me know at 3." He also said at this point that was the only truck he was going to have to look at. I didnt hear from him again till the next Tuesday where he was making sure I hadn't bought anything yet. The communication was horrible and I know hes a salesmen, but he made me FEEL like I was being lied to. I hope the other salesmen over there are better. Do better Scott.
