Waco Hyundai was a perfect place to buy a vehicle. The staff are very friendly and communicated with me like family. They were kind and respectful and answered every question to my satisfaction. They even let me check out the vehicle with independent mechanic who confirmed the vehicle was as good as they said. I bought the vehicle with peace of mind and have enjoyed it ever since.

they did not have a 2024-2025 Mazda CX 90 or 70 they said., sent me some other new cars.

Didn’t buy the car because we couldn’t agree on price, but interaction was professional.

So I told them in my email that I wanted $8,000.00 for my volks passat on a trade-in and I would pay cash for the Tiguan, no financing. I got back a response of a final price of almost $3,ooo.00 more than the list price on the website. No mention of my trade in offer. How would you rate that experience?
