Zahid and team were great to work with! I inquired, they got back to me quickly, had other comparable vehicles and suggestions, and we were able to, in a few days, have the numbers figured out. In less than a week, I had financing and had the vehicle purchased. As of the time of writing this review, I am very happy with the vehicle and really appreciate how easy the Alderman team was to work with.

I was trying to purchase a vehicle and spoke with 3 different agents and gave them my information they ran multiple credit checks after saying they were only doing soft pulls and didn’t communicate with me or assist me in buying a vehicle and I have reached out multiple times and can’t get a response. Customer service is not very good or have any care to let the customer know what is going on!

The salesperson was very nice, not a typical pushy attitude. Like every car dealership I have dealt with in the past, the back & forth regarding price, financing, etc done behind the scene hasn’t changed a bit. I assume unless you are paying cash, It’s almost always a very long day sitting and waiting for the paper work to be finalized and then SO much fine print documentation to sign.

Was looking at an 18 crv, inquiring about this vehicle, 24 hrs after I sent a request to see the car, no communication with the sales manager, once the sales guy got back to me the car had already been sold.

Seller not anxious in selling. Unable or unwilling to negotiate price and transfer/shipping costs. An informed buyer and motivated seller makes for a win, win opportunity. In this case the dealership was ready to sell me their vehicle, charge ne full price, charge full price for shipping, but not ready to even consider any negotiations, this being an 8 year old vehicle with over 100k milage. Appears they wanted to keep this rarity....by the way it's not rare at all as volvo produced thousands of this model in 2018.
