The process was quick and easy

I texted back-and-forth with a member of the team from the dealership. Explaining in detail that I was only concerned about the out the door price. I was told if I came to the dealership I would not be wasting my time and that we could work out a deal. Only when I got there, it was not an option. Wasting over an hour of my time on an unnecessary drive. The member of this team was deceptive and hoped that I was naïve or vulnerable.

Thank you for asking about my experience. I want to share my honest feedback regarding my experience with Chuck and the 2024 Toyota Camry SE FWD. I explained that I had received an insurance claim check after my car accident and had deposited it at my bank last Tuesday. I told Chuck I was waiting for the funds to finish processing before placing a deposit, but I remained interested and was trying to move forward. Today, I was informed that another customer had placed a deposit on the vehicle and picked it up. I understand vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, but I wish I had been informed sooner that the vehicle was at risk of being sold or that a refundable deposit was an option. I am deaf and I am not asking for special treatment or sympathy. I simply value clear and timely communication so I have the same opportunity as any other customer. I appreciate Chuck’s communication, but I was disappointed with the lack of information about the vehicle’s availability.
