Didnt allow me enough time to get the down payment all I needed was 2 more days but they sold it before I could get it was very disappointing and there financing wasn’t very helpful

Horrible communication for people out of town . Didn’t even have the title on the vehicle I wanted. Didn’t communicate through the process of trying to figure it out . I had to be the one messaging to get any answers on anything . I was already approved and everything and could barely get him to talk to me about what was going on .

When I contacted them online I was asked about a trade in. I submitted info on my 2016 Toyota worth at least 9 or 10 grand,more as a trade in, and was offered around 7400. That was a deal breaker for me
