I was interested in vehicle but the owner was out of town for weeks. Thus no contact, responses occured in a timely manner.

I bought a 2020 GMC Elevation 4WD truck from Certified and it was the easiest most stress free experience buying a vehicle. Yeti and Sean were very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get things where I needed them to be. Awesome group of people and I'm very happy with my truck!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle no matter if your credit is not great or you don't have a lot of money they work with you to see it thru!

I asked Victor if there were rips in the fabric of the back seat....he told me that there were scratches, not rips. After driving 100 miles there was a rip in the back seat about the width of a half dollar. Additionally, the car smelled bad, had a broken side window and there were key scratches on rear passenger door. If I didn't drive 200 miles round trip....after being told the condition was good, I would not be too upset....but I did drive 200 miles...

The agent was very rude I have screenshot of our conversation.I asked him about the car and he said it doesn't run I told hime no thank you I can find the same car that ran he laughed and I blocked him. I will not be purchasing a vehicle through that dealership ever.

Everything was great, fast and clear!!! They were able replace front rotos and pads.
