The staff were all great. Very friendly and not pushy. The finance process is always painful. The only thing I found disappointing was the final car detailing. Granted we bought a used car on the same day as going but the vehicle still had crumbs and someone's chewed up eye glasses under the seat and the cabin filter on the vehicle was FILTHY. The air frshener used is overpowered and still cannot find the source to remove it. Small details matter. The price was fair. Go see Zach.

Very good experience. Quick and easy

It was great. I had bought my first electric vehicle from them and it was a quick smooth process.

I went to the lot the day prior when they were closed and the car was already gone. They called me the next day and said still available and then 10 minutes before I got there told me it had just sold but wanted me to come look at more expensive inventory. Would not recommend or do business with.

I have no idea if available or not. Dealership never contacted me and I called and emailed. Obviously a scam

We arrived to find out that the bull bar bumper with LED lights and the tonneau cover had been removed by one of the Simmons-Rockwell dealerships before the truck was delivered to the dealership we scheduled our test drive at (Hallstead). These were high value accessories that were on the truck when the listing was created and they were in the photos of the truck, but were removed before we got there. The truck had a damaged windshield - several chips/gouges out of the glass - it was clearly used had as a work truck. We did not buy it.

I appreciated the transparency with pricing and the good value on both the vehicle we purchased and our trade-in. Joe was our salesman, and he communicated promptly and professionally. They are not pushy nor use pressure sales techniques. I would definitely recommend them to others.
